1. General

These terms apply to all services provided by Kinetro (VAT BE1044.687.723). By ordering a service you agree to these terms.

2. Services

Kinetro provides game servers, virtual dedicated servers (VDS) and dedicated servers. The specifications of each service are described in your order or quote.

We make every reasonable effort to keep services available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where possible.

3. Orders and payment

Services are billed in advance per billing period. Unpaid invoices may lead to suspension of the service after a reminder.

Prices and quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use our services for illegal activities, sending spam, hosting malware, attacking other networks (including DDoS attacks) or infringing the rights of others.

We may suspend a service without notice if it threatens the security or stability of our network.

5. Backups and data

You remain responsible for your own data. Even where backups are included, we recommend keeping your own copies.

6. Cancellation

You can cancel a service at the end of each billing period. Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal; if you ask us to start the service immediately, you agree that this right lapses once the service has been fully delivered.

7. Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service in the last billing period, except in case of intent or gross negligence.
